I'm grateful that the transactions did not take long to accomplish.

I wish I could recall the staff's names so I can list them here but unfortunately I do not. They were very friendly, courteous and patient with my many questions and request (at all your 3 branches which I visited within the last month or so). They all asked me if there is anything else I need or need help with even after helping me with the many requests and questions making several.

Tellers are very quick and efficient.

The representative was very nice and kind.

I have NEVER had any issues with the reps you having working in the Brokaw/First Street office, they have all been helpful and knowledgeable.

I had to wait when I came in the building but the gentleman acknowledged that I was there and kept me up to date on how long he would be and was at all times very polite. Once it was my turn, he was very helpful and quick.

The clerk asked his manager about the 5-day hold on a brokerage house check I was depositing. As a result the hold was taken off and my check amount was available immediately.

I don't remember her name but my checks were delivered yesterday without error. Same deluxe order with copy behind each so I have a record. No problem-O. Very satisfied.

Mountain View personnel were friendly and  helpful.

I just love the new Newark location as I live in Fremont, but worked in South Bay which is why I had opened an account initially. The reps were very helpful especially telling me about the new Allpoint ATM affiliation with Tech CU.

I really like that most transactions can be made online at any time. When I need branch services it usually with minimal waiting.

Think you have good credit card offerings. (i am new to the US, and although I have a very salary and platinum credit rating in Europe, nobody except tech CU was willing to give me a credit card.

The young man who assisted me saw that I was waiting for the customer rep. and approached me after he had assisted another customer. He did all the paper work there until completed.

Linda Yip made my car buying experience as painless as possible. She went out of her way to make sure I had the info I needed. She is just a lovely lady, and one of the many reasons I like Tech CU! I've always been a big believer in Credit Unions. Tech CU has impressed me immensely by offering both superior customer service AND a truly full-service web interface. I am, in short, Wowed by all I get from Tech CU.

The gentleman who helped us (I can't remember his name) was very thorough and helpful. The checks we ordered came very quickly too.

I am at a distance and don't interact with the staff other than through the secure mail system. I am pleased. I appreciate Tech CU enabling Bank to Bank transfers so I can obtain fund from my Tech CU account in a local bank where I live.

The load went very smoothly with a minimum amount of my time required.

Jayna and Doreen were great! This auto loan was the easiest I have ever done, I applied online and everything was handled either by phone or email. I never had to come to a branch, which I find to be a big benefit (time savings, etc). Also, although the paperwork was completed and a check sent to the dealer within 1 week of me picking up the car, the dealer called me a month later and said they never got the check! I contacted Jayna, who looked into it and concluded the dealer lost the check. She had a new check issued and delivered; I think she went the extra mile to fix a problem that was caused by someone else's error.

David Torres was professional through out the entire process. I was offered a better rate elsewhere but after contemplating on the outstanding service and commitment David provided, I choose Tech CU. He made the transaction so simple, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

We were affected by the ARCO ATM theft and have had very quick service from Tech CU to stop our cards, replace and reverse NSF notices.
